Wayzata Lodge held our Spring cycle Fellowcraft Degree in March for our three new candidates in Freemasonry. It was a great evening with awesome ritual work and everyone had an excellent time.
Wayzata Lodge hosted a Top Golf outing at the Top Golf facility in Brooklyn Center in early March. It was a fun afternoon for all those who came out and played.
Two Brothers from Wayzata Lodge jumped into the frigid waters of Prior Lake in Mid-February at the Polar Plunge to benefit the Special Olympics. It was a fun time for a good cause.
Wayzata Lodge had to cancel the annual Ice Fishing event due to ice conditions, so we held a ‘Fraternity Night’ with games, poker, and great food and fellowship. Everyone had an awesome night.
Wayzata Lodge hosted the 2nd Annual Sweetheart’s Wine and Whiskey Tasting event at the Zuhrah Shrine before Valentines Day in February. It was a fun filled night with great entertainments, drinks, food, and fellowship and everyone had a wonderful time.
Wayzata Lodge held an Entered Apprentice Degree in Late January for three new Candidates to join our Lodge. It was a great evening and Degree and everyone did an amazing job.
Wayzata Lodge participated in Sherburne Lodge’s “Snow Balls” Bowling tournament in Mid January to benefit a local Charity.
Wayzata Lodge held the 3rd Annual Chili Cookoff event in mid January. Brother Warren won the ‘Day’ and is the new Chili Champion for 24’. Everyone had a good time and there were many tasty chili’s present.
Wayzata Lodge volunteered to bell ringing in December at the Lund & Byerly’s for the Salvation Army in Wayzata before the Christmas holiday. It was a fun time for a good cause.
Wayzata Lodge hosted an Awards night to honor worthy members in November to give them their 50, 40, 25, and 10 year Anniversary certificates and pins of being Masonic Members of Wayzata Lodge.
Wayzata Lodge held our Fall cycle Master Mason Degree in late October for our three new Master Masons in Freemasonry. It was a lovely day full of great ritual work and everyone had an excellent time.
Wayzata Lodge hosted the 2nd Annual Wayzata Car Show in downtown Wayzata in mid September to help benefit our yearly scholarship awards. It was a resounding success! We had close to one hundred car participants and hundreds of people from the local area come out to enjoy it all on a beautiful late summer day. It was an awesome day for charity and the local community.
Wayzata Lodge honored our First Responders at the Wayzata Fire Department with a BBQ dinner catered by the Bones Brothers on the 22nd Anniversary of 9/11. It was a great evening where we also donated three Fire Suppression Tools to local First Responders.
Wayzata Lodge held our Annual Lake Minnetonka Boat Cruise and dinner in late August. It was a great evening with Brother’s from multiple local Lodges and their families enjoying each other and the lake air.
Wayzata Lodge honored WB Dale Lillevold in late July with the 2023 Hiram Award. It was a wonderful evening filled with fun fellowship, a great dinner, and many heartfelt stories and tributes to WB Dale.
Wayzata Lodge hosted a Paintball outing in July for all Wayzata Lodge members and other Mason’s and friends across the Metro at Champion Valley in Lakeville, MN. It was an action packed and fun filled day.
